If there is one thing that I am certain about it’s that Myer knows how to throw a fashion party! Myer showcased their very best autumn and winter looks for the season. There was a fabulous urban feel to the catwalk with the supersized city skyline placed perfectly in the background and a mix of glam and street wear looks on the models.
For the first time we also saw a glimpse of Myer’s strong International Designer collection in the parade, with stunning looks from Balmain, Peter Pilotto, Antonio Berardi, Christopher Kane and Giambattista Valli and more. I hate looking at Balmain because I try to rationalise ways I can afford it, but realistically I can’t!
I wore a two-piece set from one of my favourite designers Toni Maticevski. The way he moulds neoprene blows my mind! His collection of geometric patterns and monochromatic colours was once again one of my favourites. Pieces from Manning Cartell, Yeojin Bae and Sass and Bide also screamed out my name.
A bright bold lip is one of the biggest beauty trends at the moment so I tried to glam it up with a bit of colour (which I hardly ever do) for those of you asking its the colour ‘REBEL’ from MAC.
