I have never felt more proud to be wearing my white shirt in these photos to help promote Witchery’s White Campaign in direct support of the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation.

One woman loses her battle to ovarian cancer every 10 HOURS. Frightening isn’t it? What is even scarier is the fact there is no early detection test.

That’s why it is so important to raise money for research and increase awareness of this important issue. 100% of proceeds from every Witchery white shirt (shop the special OCRF collection here) that is sold during the White Shirt Campaign will go directly to OCRF.

When I think about my favourite wardrobe essentials, one of the first pieces that come to mind is the classic white shirt.

It is once again the sharpest trend this season, yes it is simple, but it is unbeatable.

Here are my four favourite ways to style my trusty white shirt this season:

1.All White (with a touch of grey)

All white always demands attention.

It screams elegance without trying too hard. I often hear people say that all white is a colour for summer only. That’s not true. It looks just as good in winter, under your favourite grey coat or trench.

You could look at introducing different shades of nude, champagne or ivory if white is too harsh for your skin tone. This manly long lined coat will be the anchor to your statement looks all winter long.

There is no better look than a pair of black leather pants and a white shirt. Throw on a soft trench, and it is your everyday office look.

On the weekend, you could pair this look with your trusty black blazer for a relaxed look.

Tip: Push up those sleeves (not rolled, pushed up, there is a difference I promise), so you can see the white peeking through to create a true monochrome look

3.With Denim

This winter your white shirt works perfectly with denim. Look for darker blues, as they will tie back with black and grey easily. A shirt in a boxy manly cut that isn’t too tight works best with denim.

These suede boots become my saviour as the days get cooler; you can wear them over the knee as I have worn or pushed down and slouchy for a laid-back approach.

Pair this look with black accessories, like a cross-over bag and black fedora hat. Introduce some colour with your makeup; a pop of fuchsia or orange-red on your lip finishes the look.

4.Under your camel trench:

If you invest in one jacket this season, it must be a trench. My pics are either navy or camel. This camel trench is worth investing in, the trench is timeless and will last endless seasons.

It elevates your corporate wear but also doubles up as a winner on the weekend with ballet flats. The cut is slightly oversized, but it still looks tailored and sleek.

The longer hemline allows me to wear my tight pencil skirt, which counterbalances the length of the jacket. Straight-leg pants or leather jeggings would also look just as good.

This warm biscut tone suits just about every every skin tone and is the perfect compliment to this crisp white shirt; along with my OCRF silver jewellery to finish the look.
